Olivando Extra Virgin Olive Oil From Umbria
Our EVOO is made in the green hills of Umbria, the “Green Heart of Italy.” This year we made two varieties of extra virgin olive oil. If you loved last year’s EVOO and want the same classic Umbrian blend, the Originale is the answer. If you want more spice in your kitchen, check out the Monocultivar. This is an amazing olive oil. It has a wonderful flavor with none of the bitterness you find in other products. It is light and fresh and does especially well with sautéed vegetables.
