What does Olivando mean?
Olivando is the gerund form of a noun. Have you ever heard the term “adulting”? It’s like that, but with olives. It means oliving.
What makes Olivando so special?
Olivando EVOO is made from 100% hand-picked Umbrian olives. Umbria is famous for its olive oil, but there’s a limited supply. It makes up only 2% of Italy’s olive oil production. Additionally, specific types of olives thrive here but wouldn’t make it in other parts of the country. We’re talking about the Moraiolo olive, which is native to Central Italy. It requires hilly, mountainous terrain and very particular climatic conditions.
