The Originale is cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil made from 3 olive varietals; Moraiolo, Frantoio, and Leccino. For us, this is the EVOO that started it all. In the mountains where we live here in Umbria, this blend has been made by farmers for centuries. It is the quintessential Umbrian olive oil.

Pairs well with vegetables and salads, grilled fish or white meat, steamed mussels, fresh cheese, and bread. It's sweeter flavor profile makes it ideal for baking.

2022 was a fantastic year for olives. It was our most abundant harvest to date and the quality of this year's crop is stellar, with a very high polyphenol content. We are really proud of what we have created and cannot wait for you to enjoy it.

Olivando's Monocultivar is a medium intensity, peppery olive oil that finishes with spice. It's made from 100% moraiolo olives, considered among the most renowned varieties produced in Italy.
